Choosing the right mold inspection company can be difficult. Unlike most professions, you probably will not get to meet us until after you have hired us. Furthermore, different inspection companies have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and different pricing. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends on the inspector's own effort. We put forth the effort to find the source of your problem,not just tell you that you have a problem. We do the inspection and write the reports to the standards of the Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA) and the Institue of Inspection Cleaning and Remediation Certification (IICRC).
We do not remediate or correct the mold condition. We believe that is a conflict of interest and is against our Code of Ethics. We recommend post remediation testing to confirm the remediation contractors have been successful in thier efforts. It our goal that at the end of the process, your home is of industry standard acceptable mold levls.
We are NAMRI Certified Mold Inspectors. We are ACAC Council Certified Residential Indoor Environmentalist. We are ICC R5 Code Certified Residential Building Inspectors. We have over 1,000 hours of education credits in the fields of mold inspection and home inspection.

If I could give 100 stars, I would. EVERYONE doubted that there was mold in our house. I had two inspectors out to do air quality tests, they came back OK. There were no visible signs, no temperature difference, and no moisture. BUT, I smelled it. If I smelled it, I knew it was there. Charles was the third inspector who came out, and he stuck by my side and we are now validated. Remediation is occurring as I write this. My health has been declining steadily over the last year we have lived in our house, and now I know exactly why. PLEASE give A Wilson a call. I don't know where I would be without them
